Welcome to gunas.com. Gunas and team provides services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on Gunas.com website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. In these terms, “we,” “us,” “our,” and Gunas refers to Gunas and Safety Technology and “you” and “your” refers to you, the user of our website.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Gunas reserves the right to make modifications to these terms at any time. Revised versions of these terms will be posted to this Website. Unless otherwise specified, any modifications to the terms will take effect the day they are posted to this website. If you do not agree with the revised terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to discontinue your use of the Website and online services.
AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS
By providing my credit, or debit card or bank account information (“Payment Method”), you AGREE that you have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement and Cause for Suspension and Termination of Billing and Services. In addition, you authorize Gunas to charge the full amount required by your rate plan (once every month or more frequently as described) to the specified Payment Method; and you authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method, specified above to charge or debit your account and remit payment for your subscription to Gunas. This authority will remain in effect until you give notification, as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization.
We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, on our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities per order.
RECURRING BILLING AND SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so we can complete your transaction and contact you as need.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
If a refund needs to be issued, it may take 3 – 5 business days for the funds to return to the card it was initially purchased with. Banks will usually allow refunds to process successfully regardless if a card’s been deactivated or the account’s been closed. Refunds can’t be applied to an alternate payment method and will be returned to the card used for the original transaction.
Website and service billings will be set up in our automated system at the time of purchase.
Gunas may suspend or terminate your services for any of the following reasons:
(a) If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will be contacted by phone or email. In the event a billing falls past due after 30 days, your website and services may be suspended until payments received.
(b) If billing reaches 60 days past due, your billing and services may be cancelled and website removed from our server entirely. Once a site is terminated off the server, we do not keep any backups and fees will apply to get the site reinstated.
(c) Advanced SEO Club membership and billing will be cancelled after reaching 30 days past due.
(d) Rental websites will be revoked and all associated billing will be cancelled after reaching 30 days past due.
(e) For Cause. You have violated these terms and failed to cure that violation within the time limit provided after Gunas has so notified you in writing. However, there may be time sensitive situations where Gunas may decide that we need to take immediate action without notice. Gunas will use commercially reasonable efforts to narrow the scope and duration of any limitation under this section as is needed to resolve the issue that prompted such action. Gunas has no obligation to retain your content upon termination of the applicable service.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to this automatic recurring billing and services. Billing cancellation requests will not be considered however, until provided in written form and submitted to https://help.gunas.com
Terminations will be confirmed within 24 business hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm Eastern Time. If you terminate a service in the middle of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund nor a pro-rated refund.
