In the right hand side of the page, you’ll see “Categories” Click on any blog category that is relevant to what you’d like to get backlinks to. 
Once it takes you to the category page, scroll further down to the page to where you’ll start seeing the posts listed. From here, you can view the post contents and if you see any blog post you like and want your site linked in, make sure to provide us the title of that post in the Blog Title Field.
